Project Context
Ironbridge is a Dr. Martens Industrial Icon for the heavy workwear market. This project looks at reworking this classic style bringing in new features while retaining it’s original DNA. Ironbridge Light reduces the weight by 15%, improves outsole flex and features updated hardware and trims, while retaining the comfort and heavy aesthetic of the original.
